Public Records Request Information

Public records from the Department of Financial Services are available by request for inspection pursuant to Chapter 119, Florida Statutes. There is no charge for on-site inspection of public records.

Customers have the option of obtaining copies of requested records in hard copy, electronic, or compact disk. Obtaining copies of documents will have a charge, which will be invoiced and must be paid before copies of documents are delivered.
