  • The Division of Workers’ Compensation will hold a rule workshop to amend the rule to adopt the 2008 Edition of the Florida Workers’ Compensation Health Care Provider Manual and implement the 2008 conversion factors issued by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, as approved by the Three Member Panel, pursuant to Section 440.13(12), Florida Statutes. The workshop will be held on Tuesday, September 9, 2:00 – 4:00 pm., in Room 104J, 2012 Capital Circle SE, Tallahassee, Florida.

This free service allows you to pay your entire penalty in full or to pay the monthly installments that are required in your periodic payment plan. The Penalty Payment Service is convenient, simple to set up, and easy to use.
