In today's
economic times, the door has opened for
unscrupulous people to invent new and exciting
ways to present their offers as opportunities.
Unfortunately, many times these "offers" or
"opportunities" are unsolicited, fraudulent and
are being offered by persons who are not legally
licensed to do business in the state of Florida.
We are seeing examples of these fraudulent
